Op-Ed: How students can solve campus COVID-19 risk problems if colleges won't mandate vaccinations

Almost 600 colleges and universities are requiring COVID-19 vaccination for their students. This means that over 75 percent of all colleges and universities will have no such mandate.  Why are so few institutions remaining on the sidelines when it comes to COVID-19 vaccination?
