The study, titled “Social Dollars: The Economic Impact of Customer Participation in a Firm-Sponsored Online Customer Community,” was conducted by professors Puneet Manchanda at the University of Michigan, Grant Packard at Wilfrid Laurier University, and Adithya Pattabhiramaiah at Georgia Tech.
