Jack Levis is Senior Director of Process Management for UPS; responsible for operations strategy, execution, and Operations Research. Since joining UPS in 1976, as a part time loader Jack’s 37 year career provided significant experience in both operations and staff functions. In his current role he successfully created and executed a vision for operations with OR/MS at the core. He is currently the INFORMS Vice President Practice (2010 - Present), has served on the Certification Task Force and has made many presentations to others on behalf of the Certification program. Jack’s work has garnered many awards for UPS as well as increased media attention. Jack holds a B.A. in psychology from California State University Northridge and a Masters Certificate, Project Management, George Washington University.
